They are looking a Global Leadership & Capability Business Partner to join their Global HR team in UK/ Singapore. Key Job Responsibilities: In partnership with the Development Group, work with the ODCs to identify the local capability and development needs through engaging with key stakeholder Support the ODC HR teams in the L&D planning process Collaborate with internal Centres of Excellence and Group Functions to develop and tailor world class global functional excellence programmes Lead the development of any ODC specific learning requirements, identify commonalities across the ODCs to leverage scale. Co-ordinate the roll-out and sequencing of all capability programmes (group and market-led) Requirements: A commercially focused L&D professional with a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing leading edge learning solutions Educated to degree level, with CIPD membership Coaching skills/qualifications Project Management skills Change Management skills and experience in leading large transformation programmes in a global organisation Strong facilitation and training skills A self-reliant individual who has the interpersonal skills to interact at all levels of the business Competitive remuneration package including 5-day work week will be offered to the right candidates.
