About the Opportunity | Mō tēnei tūranga

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the long-term global product strategy for Butter across priority market geographies.

As a Global Product Strategy Manager - Mozz/ SoS, you will lead the development and execution of long-term global product strategies grounded in customer and market insights to ensure sustainable growth and competitive advantage. You will play a key role in strategic demand planning, innovation pipeline oversight for local hero products and performance governance to enable value creation through cross-functional leadership and market-aligned execution.

Location: Flexible within Asia, depending on the location of the successful candidate. For Singapore based candidates, this opportunity is open to those who currently have the right to work in Singapore, as relocation and visa sponsorship are not anticipated for this role.

Accountabilities

• Strategic Leadership & Vision: Lead the development and continuous evolution of the long-term Global Product Strategy out of the aligned priority market geographies to ensure or strength of position and ability to grow.
• Customer & Market Insight Integration: Works closely with the innovation and market strategy leads to generate the product strategy and execution informed by the application of customer segmentation and market insights.
• Strategic Market Demand Planning: Drive the creation of 10+ year regional demand outlooks to guide investment, innovation, and resource allocation for local market geographies
• Innovation & Product Strategy Oversight for local market hero products: Ensure cohesive innovation strategies across local market hero products and non-product domains (e.g., sustainability, IP), maintaining a robust opportunity pipeline for local market geographies.
• Performance Governance: Own compliance and anlayse and track progress of the opportunity pipelines within regional geographies.

Responsibilities

• Development of global product strategy: Analysis of market, product and customer to develop long term product roadmaps aligned with our broader innovation strategy.
• Cross functional and global collaboration: Work closely to drive integration across sales, regional support teams and the global growth team to ensure connection and alignment.
• Sales Opportunities Creation: Develop a network within the business sector and represent the organization at business sector events. Obtain market intelligence and enhance the visibility and reputation of the organization, its products, and its services.

About You | Mōu

You may already be working in product strategy, marketing, innovation, category management or a related area within Dairy, Foodservice or broader food organisations and be ready to broaden your impact across global markets.

We're looking for someone who combines strong customer focus and strategic thinking with the ability to influence across functions, regions and cultures. You will be comfortable working with market insights, long-term product roadmaps, innovation pipelines and complex stakeholder networks. The role requires someone who can work effectively in a matrix environment and drive outcomes through influence rather than direct authority.

Ideally, you will bring:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in dairy science, food science, marketing, business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in the dairy industry, preferably in a technical, category, innovation, marketing or product-focused role
• Strong ability to understand customer needs and translate these into product, category and market strategies.
• Experience in developing strategic plans, product roadmaps, commercial growth initiatives or innovation pipelines.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences and influence stakeholders at varying levels.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a matrix organisation and influence without direct authority.
• A growth mindset, curiosity to learn, and a collaborative approach to achieving outcomes.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and continuously develop.
