Annual Leave entitlement. 12 working days which can be taken after 3 months of joining. Salary Review Twice a year. We will review your salary twice annually in December and June. So, you can focus on your work and improve your performance every day. Relocation Allowance. We provide a relocation allowance if you do not live in Yogyakarta. The allowance will cover moving costs for you and your family. Staff Engagement Activities. Requirements: Strong proficiency in Golang (minimum 3 years of experience in Golang) Experience with back-end development and database design Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture Knowledge of software design patterns and SOLID principles Experience with Docker, or other containerization technologies Familiarity with Agile development methodologies Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn other technology stacks. Strong communication skills in English (speaking & writing). Willing to work onsite at Yogyakarta. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain our back-end systems using Golang Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and improve existing ones\ Optimize system performance and ensure scalability Write clean, maintainable, and testable code Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development ⚠️ Note: This position requires fluency in English, as most communication will be conducted in English.
