General Practitioner to join a well-established, community-focused medical practice with a strong emphasis on

This role would suit a GP with approximately
2–6 years' clinical experience who is looking for a supportive environment, flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to develop a long-term career within a collaborative practice.
The Opportunity You will join a friendly and experienced team providing comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population.
The practice has a strong culture of
collaboration, mentoring and continuous improvement, with support available to help doctors build their clinical skills and develop areas of interest.
You will provide care across a broad range of presentations, including:
- General family medicine
- Acute and chronic disease management
- Preventative healthcare
- Mental health
- Women's and men's health
- Health assessments and care planning
- Referral and coordination of specialist and allied health services
You will have the opportunity to work with a supportive team while maintaining a high degree of clinical autonomy.

For non-VR GPs, remuneration and supervision arrangements will be discussed based on the level of supervision required.

About You We Are Interested In Hearing From
- VR GPs
- PEP specialists
- GPs working towards the Fellowship Support Program (FSP)
- Non-VR GPs who require supervision and are eligible for an appropriate Australian registration pathway
Ideally, you will have:
- MBBS or equivalent medical qualification
- Appropriate Australian medical registration, or eligibility for General, Limited, Provisional or Specialist registration
- Approximately 3–6 years' clinical experience in general practice or a related setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to patient-centred care
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
Australian citizens, permanent residents and doctors holding eligible Australian work visas are encouraged to apply.
