About the job: We’re looking for a keen Graduate Engineer to join our team in Whangamata. Relocation support available! You’ll work across a mix of office and field-based activities, gaining exposure to project delivery, contract management, and technical problem-solving. What you’ll be doing: Assist with project planning, concept design, and cost estimates Support engineers in solving technical challenges Prepare clear, accurate reports for clients and internal teams Help manage day-to-day project delivery Track progress against budgets and timelines Get involved in on-site activities and practical engineering tasks What you’ll need: A Civil Engineering Qualification or similar Strong communication and relationship building skills Good organisational skills and attention to detail Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems A proactive mindset and willingness to learn All preferred candidates will be required to complete preemployment checks to the employer’s satisfaction.
