We specialise in water network maintenance and reticulation renewal construction. We service almost a quarter of properties nationwide; and we maintain over 20,000kms of pipe network. About the job:
We’re seeking experienced
Water Technicians
to join our team in Christchurch!
At our core, we are protectors of one of life’s most essential resources – water! As a Water Technician, you’ll be on the front line of maintaining and repairing the city’s water reticulation network.
Your work will help ensure clean, safe, dependable water for the people who rely on us every single day.
You’ll get hands-on, with tasks such as:
Installing new water mains and service connections.
Repairing leaking water mains, meter connections and irrigation systems.
Responding to water quality concerns, flushing mains and keeping our networks healthy.

What you’ll need:
We’re looking for someone with the skills, experience and passion to help us deliver excellence to our communities:
5+ years’ experience
in a Water Serviceperson role or within the water industry.
National Certificate in Water Reticulation Level 4
(or equivalent).
Strong commitment to
Health & Safety.
Willingness to take part in the
on-call and standby roster
(because water doesn’t always wait!)
Physically fit,
a team player
, and able to work confidently on your own when needed.
Full Class 1 license
(Class 2 and WTF endorsements are an advantage – or we will support training towards them).
