About the Graduate program Our 12-month graduate program is designed to help you progress from student to thriving therapist. You can expect: Structured induction with clinical skills training and a dedicated buddy. Clinician shadowing before leading sessions independently. Weekly supervision with an experienced clinician. Supported ramp-up to managing your own caseload. Learning and development built into your week. Ongoing support from your multidisciplinary team and team leader. What you’ll do at our Geelong clinic: Deliver early intervention speech pathology services to children and families, supporting communication, participation, and independence. Conduct comprehensive assessments (formal and informal) to identify speech, language, and developmental needs. Develop and implement individualised, evidence-based therapy plans aligned with family goals and child needs. Work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams using a key worker/transdisciplinary approach. Monitor, review, and adapt therapy programs based on client progress and feedback. Provide education, resources, and ongoing support to empower families in decision-making and home-based practice. Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and NDIS-related records within required timeframes. Build strong relationships with stakeholders (e.g., schools, health professionals, support coordinators) to support client outcomes.
