As a Player Support Specialist, you will assist Greek-speaking players, ensuring their issues and inquiries are addressed efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities Offer high-quality support to Greek-speaking players through various channels including email, chat, and support tickets. Troubleshoot and resolve account-related issues such as login difficulties, account recovery, payments, and general inquiries. Document and manage customer interactions diligently within the support ticketing system. Communicate clearly and effectively with players regarding game policies, procedures, and updates. Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex problems. Stay informed about the latest Riot Games features, updates, and community trends to provide accurate support. Contribute to improving support workflows and overall player satisfaction. Fluency in Greek and English, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Previous experience in customer support or related role is preferred. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Passion for gaming, particularly Riot Games titles and communities. Willingness to relocate to Sofia with relocation costs fully covered by the company. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Experience with customer support tools and ticketing systems is advantageous. Empathetic, patient, and committed to delivering excellent player support.
