Your responsibilities

• Support Greek-speaking customers via chat and email
• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
• Investigate concerns and identify suitable solutions
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant departments
• Promote responsible gaming and follow company procedures
• Maintain high service standards and meet performance targets
• Participate in onboarding and ongoing training

What you’ll need

• Greek at a C2 level
• Fluent English
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• A customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong attention to detail and computer confidence
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but full training is provided

💰 Salary and benefits

• €1,600–€1,900 gross per month, depending on experience, qualifications, and interview performance
• Up to €250 per month in performance bonuses

✈️ Relocation support

Available to candidates relocating from abroad:

• 3–4 weeks of paid shared accommodation arranged by the company
• Immigration and documentation assistance
• Reimbursement for up to two return flights per year to your home country, up to €250 per round trip

Please note that the initial flight to Cyprus is paid by the candidate. Local candidates are not eligible for relocation benefits.
