What you'll do

• Provide outstanding customer support via chat and email in Greek
• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Investigate customer issues and identify the best possible solutions
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when required
• Promote responsible gaming and ensure compliance with company policies
• Stay up to date with internal procedures and product knowledge
• Achieve individual and team performance targets
• Build positive customer relationships through every interaction

What we're looking for

• Native-level Greek and fluent English
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment
• Positive, responsible, and reliable attitude
