Growth & Community Marketer - KALTA (Dubai)

KALTA is a health-first extra virgin olive oil lifestyle brand born in Dubai. We source early harvest, high polyphenol olive oil and deliver to our customers doorsteps across the GCC. We launch in Dubai in December.

To support the KALTA brand's launch activities, we are looking for a smart, driven, entrepreneurial growth marketer who will take ownership of our pre-launch marketing activities and give us the best possible headstart.

You will:

• Before December, onboard 20 local creators to receive a tin, use it, and post about it.
• Shoot and cut content on a phone/camera, at least 3 times a week.
• Run Instagram and TikTok daily. Reply to every single person.
• Proactively identify and engage nano influencers who's following mirrors our brand personas.
• Build the affiliate program and test a real payout before any creator gets a code.
• Run Meta ads from October.
• Support in-person marketing events

You will not: make PPT decks, draft briefings, or maintain a content calendar as an end in itself.

You need:

• To have grown an account from zero. Yours, a friend's restaurant, anything. Show the numbers.
• To shoot, edit and publish alone, today, with no agency behind you.
• To send messages and not be discouraged by rejections.
• To be in Dubai. Agency experience helps. It is not a requirement.

Pay: AED 8,500/month, plus up to AED 1,500/month on results. Visa and health insurance covered.

This is the first marketing hire. No team above you, no team below you. Hit the growth KPIs and you own marketing at this company as it grows — the ceiling here is set by output, not by tenure.
