As we continue to grow, we are looking for experienced Real Estate sales Consultants, Leasing Consultants and Off plan Specialists with a proven UAE sales track record — professionals who know how to prospect, build relationships, negotiate confidently, and close.

THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of UAE real estate sales experience
- Proven track record of 6–8+ closed transactions in 2026
- Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi & UAE real estate market
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle
- Excellent prospecting, communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong client relationship and follow-up capabilities
- Highly target-driven, disciplined, and commercially focused
- Existing client database/network is a strong advantage
- exceptional communication Skills in English
- Additional languages are highly preferred, including: Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Russian, Spanish
- Valid UAE driving licence preferred
- Own vehicle is an advantage
