As a Talent Growth & Experience Sr. Manager you will:

Lead Dollarcity’s regional Talent Growth & Experience agenda, translating business and Talent priorities into a focused roadmap and ensuring our key Talent capabilities work together to support sustainable growth.

This is a regional role based in El Salvador, and we welcome applications from candidates currently based in Colombia who are open to relocating to El Salvador.

A day as a Talent Growth & Experience Sr. Manager:

• Define and prioritize the vertical agenda

Translate business and Talent priorities into a focused roadmap, making clear choices about what the team will build, improve or defer.

• Oversee the design and execution of the programs DC needs for sustainable growth

Ensure programs are defined, designed and implemented as agreed with the business and expected.

• Integrate the capabilities and employee experience

Ensure performance, development, onboarding, culture and engagement operate as connected capabilities, with clear ownership and effective handoffs.

• Partner with the business on capability and experience needs

Work with business leaders and HR partners to identify the most important capability and employee-experience gaps and develop practical responses.

• Lead and develop the team

Set clear expectations, balance priorities and workloads, coach the team and strengthen its ability to design and deliver business-relevant solutions.

• Measure impact and continuous improvement

Establish practical measures, review outcomes and use evidence to improve, scale or stop initiatives. Remain directly involved in critical work while the capabilities mature.

What do you need to be successful?

• 10+ years of experience in Talent Management, Development, Onboarding or Leadership Development.
• Experience building and evolving Talent capabilities in fast-growing or transforming organizations.
• Strong business judgment, with the ability to translate business priorities into focused Talent strategies and initiatives.
• Experience integrating different Talent processes and capabilities into a coherent employee agenda.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders.
• Proven experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams.
• Comfortable using data, insights and feedback to make decisions and measure impact.
• A hands-on, practical and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to simplify complex Talent topics.
• Advanced English and Spanish.
