About the Role This is a high-trust, early-stage role at a fast-moving AI infrastructure startup building the platform for reinforcement learning environments and post-training data. You will sit at the intersection of recruiting, community, and go-to-market, shaping how the company grows its team and its presence across the frontier AI ecosystem. If you love telling compelling stories about technical products and connecting with people who are building the future of AI, this role was designed for you. What You'll Do Evangelize the company's vision and get candidates, researchers, and ecosystem partners excited about what is being built. Own end-to-end recruiting: sourcing, building pipelines, optimizing tooling, and creating automated workflows. Define company culture and values, and develop onboarding processes for new hires that reflect them. Partner with the Chief of Staff to continuously improve recruiting systems and operations. Collaborate with the Marketing and Events Lead to host community events, attend industry conferences, and produce content. Work with go-to-market engineers to identify and establish connection pathways into high-priority leads and partners. What We're Looking For 3 to 8 years of experience in recruiting, community building, go-to-market, or a closely related function at an early-stage startup. Proven ability to own full-cycle recruiting processes and build or optimize supporting systems and tooling. Genuine excitement about frontier AI, reinforcement learning, and the technical communities around them. Strong interpersonal skills: well-spoken, extraverted, and skilled at reading people and building relationships quickly. Experience representing a company at industry events and hosting community-facing programming. Ability to understand complex technical products and explain them clearly and accurately to diverse audiences. Experience creating written or multimedia content for marketing or community engagement. An established network within RL research, RL engineering, or the broader startup community is a strong plus. A portfolio of professional writing samples that demonstrates your storytelling ability. Comfort operating independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving responsibilities. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $100,000 to $150,000 USD annually.
