comstruct is building the agentic workforce for procurement in European construction. Our agents turn paper delivery notes, fragmented invoices and offline supplier decisions into structured, real-time data and live decisions, embedded inside the largest contractors in Europe and the US. We recently secured a €12.5M seed financing round from prestigious VCs, including 20VC and Google Ventures, along with top European investors. Now, we are looking for full time Venture Development Associates who can kickstart new markets, verticals or build entire departments from scratch. Therefore we launched the Venture Development Program which is for recent graduates that want to found their own company at some point and are motivated by an extremely high level of ownership. We expect a very high level of structure and ownership from you.
