Guidewire Cloud Architect

We are looking for a Guidewire Cloud Architect to lead system design for Guidewire Cloud implementation and development projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth execution of Guidewire Cloud projects, covering architecture design, system design, and technical leadership of the IT program team. You will play a key role in large-scale cloud transformation projects and contribute directly to their successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall system development process for Guidewire Cloud projects.
• Lead cloud-based architecture and system design.
• Resolve system-related issues and manage risks.
• Provide technical and analytical support to project team members.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience working on projects for clients in Japan from the vendor side.
• Experience in stakeholder management.
• Strong expertise in system architecture and system design.
• Ability to work with onsite delivery teams to resolve client issues.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Native-level Japanese.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
• PMP certification with experience in Agile or Lean projects.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire Cloud.
• 3+ years of experience in system development and integration using AWS or Azure.

Language Requirements

• Japanese: Fluent level - Required
