· An experienced and enthusiastic leader to lead and develop the Computing/IT department, with a specialism in Computing.

· A strong understanding of Computing education, with the ability to deliver high-quality teaching across a range of KS4 qualifications, including BTECs and GCSEs.

· A passion for developing innovative and effective teaching and learning strategies that inspire students and improve outcomes.

· The ability to lead and develop pedagogy, ensuring all students are supported to make good progress and achieve their full potential.

· A commitment to high standards, ambitious expectations and continuous improvement across the department.

· Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate, support and develop colleagues.
