Head of Digital Marketing

On behalf of our client, a leading international group, we are looking for an experienced Head of Digital Marketing to lead digital growth initiatives across multiple business sectors. The successful candidate will drive performance marketing, CRM, digital transformation, and customer acquisition strategies while managing multi-channel marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy.
• Lead paid media, SEO, CRM, content and marketing technology.
• Optimize customer acquisition and digital performance.
• Manage digital budgets and maximize ROI/ROAS.
• Lead internal marketing teams and external agencies.
• Deliver growth through data-driven marketing strategies.
• Drive digital innovation and transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline.
• 10–15 years of digital marketing experience, including senior leadership within the UAE or GCC.
• Strong experience managing multi-million Dirham digital marketing budgets.
• Proven success in performance marketing, CRM, customer acquisition and digital transformation.
• Experience working within multinational or internationally recognized organizations.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience presenting to executive leadership.
• Excellent written and spoken English. Arabic is considered an advantage.
• Candidates currently residing in the UAE or GCC are preferred.
