As the Head of Brand Design & Experience for the Enterprise Oral Care category, you will architect, scale, and champion end-to-end brand identity systems across all global consumer touchpoints, bridging digital, physical, packaging, and retail environments. Partnering closely with executive business leaders and regional marketing teams, you will convert complex commercial objectives into transformative, iconic design strategies that build brand equity, accelerate business growth, and define the future of Colgate-Palmolive’s global portfolio.
Key responsibilities:
- Strategic Brand Architecture & Design Systems
- Build and maintain end-to-end brand design systems.
- Provide iconic, market-differentiating design solutions.

- Champion Colgate-Palmolive’s Design vision, approach, systems, and governance for your category
- Lead and participate in elevated design dialogue across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to develop briefs and project plans.

- Oversee design project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Manage end-to-end creative resources, including photographers, illustrators, internal design teams, and external production partners.
Required Qualifications:

Design College Degree

15 years professional experience in design, brand or related creative industry

Proven track record of strong team/people leadership with an ability to inspire others to action and influence across functions and levels, including senior leadership.

Working knowledge of necessary software applications and platforms

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $250,000- $275,000 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
