Head of Growth

About the Role This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-scaling European AI SaaS company as Head of Growth — a senior, high-ownership role reporting directly to the CEO. You will serve as the strategic architect of the entire growth engine, sitting at the critical intersection of Marketing and Product to drive the full revenue funnel. You will hold direct P&L accountability for a 7-figure monthly budget and will own initiatives that influence over 90% of company revenue . This is a genuine leadership mandate — not a management layer — with real influence over strategy, team, and outcomes at one of Europe's fastest-growing AI startups. What You'll Do Own end-to-end Marketing and Product-Marketing initiatives: brand, demand generation, website, onboarding flow, and funnel optimisation. Manage full P&L accountability for a 7-figure monthly marketing budget. Build, lead, and scale a high-performing global team of marketing leaders and specialists — including hiring and coaching. Define the overall growth strategy and key performance indicators, with direct visibility to the CEO. Drive Product-Led Growth (PLG) and demand generation in a B2B SaaS environment. What We're Looking For Required: Proven experience leading and scaling a team of marketing professionals in a global capacity. Demonstrated success in a global Marketing or Growth leadership role — ideally within an AI or AI-adjacent company. In-house experience at a high-growth B2B or PLG SaaS company is strongly preferred. Comfortable owning a 7-figure budget and steering a geographically distributed team. Strong commercial instincts with a full-funnel, data-driven mindset. 8+ years of relevant experience, with clear progression into senior leadership. Ability to work on-site in Vienna (other European hubs also considered: Munich, Barcelona, or London). Compensation & Benefits Salary: €120,000 – €250,000 annually, depending on experience. Visa sponsorship is available. Location This is an on-site role based in Vienna, Austria . The company also has offices in Munich, Barcelona, and London, and candidates willing to work from any of these locations will be considered.
