SEO/GEO Content Strategy Manager (f/m/x)

Raiffeisen Bank International is seeking an experienced SEO/GEO Content Strategy Manager (f/m/x) to drive organic search visibility and AI discoverability across RBI Group and its subsidiaries in Austria and CEE. This role combines strategic consulting, technical SEO expertise, content optimization, and performance analysis. You will work closely with local teams, content managers, UX experts, and developers to ensure effective and scalable implementation of SEO and GEO best practices. Your mission at RBI: SEO/GEO Strategy & Optimization Develop and evolve the SEO and GEO strategy across RBI Group and its subsidiaries. Advise local teams on SEO and GEO readiness and support implementation of best practices. Conduct keyword research, prompt research, and competitor analysis to identify content opportunities and user intent. Execute hands-on on-page optimization of landing pages and website content to improve search and AI visibility. Define and enhance information architecture, internal linking concepts, and topic structures. Technical SEO Conduct technical SEO audits covering crawlability, page speed, indexability, structured data, and overall website health. Identify optimization opportunities and develop prioritized roadmaps in collaboration with development and UX teams. Support implementation of technical SEO and Schema Markup requirements. Monitoring & Insights Monitor SEO and GEO performance, including traffic, rankings, AI mentions, and citations. Analyze LLM-generated answers from platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews to identify visibility gaps and optimization opportunities. Create stakeholder reports and provide data-driven recommendations for improving organic and AI-driven visibility. Collaboration Work closely with Content Management, UX, development, and marketing teams. Educate stakeholders on SEO and GEO best practices to ensure consistent and scalable execution. Stay up to date with industry trends, AI search developments, and emerging optimization techniques. Your core competencies: 4+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, including technical SEO, content strategy, and link building. Solid understanding of GEO and AI search optimization. Experience with Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Rankscale, or similar SEO platforms. Strong knowledge of structured data, crawlability, website performance, and technical optimization. Hands-on mindset with the ability to actively implement and optimize content and landing pages. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across content, UX, development, and marketing teams. Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager or other enterprise CMS platforms. Experience analyzing AI-generated search results and developing GEO optimization measures. Understanding of content governance, information architecture, and scalable content operations. Competitive salary: In accordance with Austrian legal requirements, the minimum salary for this position is EUR 3375,40 gross per month under the applicable Banking Collective Agreement.
