Head of iOS

At Plata, we are building one of the most ambitious financial products in the world. Our mobile application is at the center of our customer experience, serving hundreds of thousands of users and growing rapidly. We are looking for a Head of iOS who will lead the iOS direction across the company, combining technical excellence, organizational leadership, and product mindset. In this role, you will be responsible for the iOS strategy, engineering culture, technical architecture, and delivery effectiveness across multiple product teams. You will work closely with engineering, product, design, and business leaders to ensure that our mobile platform continues to scale while maintaining exceptional user experience and engineering quality.
