Head of Marketing (Copenhagen) Location: Copenhagen, Denmark | Relocation assistance available We are looking for a hands-on and ambitious Head of Marketing to join a growing affiliate marketing company based in Copenhagen. This is an ideal opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career — either moving into their first Head of Marketing position or with limited previous leadership experience. The Role You will take ownership of the marketing function, leading a small team and driving high-performance execution across Paid Media and Email Marketing . The focus is on sustainable growth, ROI, revenue and maximising First-Time Deposits (FTDs) . You will be expected to bring new ideas, improve existing campaigns and processes, and identify new opportunities for growth. The role is highly hands-on and requires someone who can work independently, move quickly and adapt to changes in platforms, regulations, technology and market conditions. Key Responsibilities Build and scale Paid Media strategies across relevant channels and markets Drive execution of Paid Media and Email Marketing campaigns with a strong focus on ROI, FTDs and revenue Develop and optimise automated email journeys, segmentation and lifecycle campaigns Use AI, automation and data to improve optimisation, personalisation and campaign performance Work confidently across advertising platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools and marketing technologies Identify and develop new revenue opportunities and marketing channels Ensure marketing activities comply with relevant iGaming advertising regulations Lead and motivate a small marketing team while maintaining a hands-on approach Continuously improve processes, customer journeys and campaign performance Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective execution and alignment with company goals Bring a culture of creativity, data-driven decision making and continuous improvement What We're Looking For Strong hands-on experience in Paid Media and Email Marketing Experience within iGaming is preferred , although relevant experience from Crypto or similar industries will also be considered Ambitious and ready to take the next step into a leadership role Proactive, independent and highly detail-oriented Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with a focus on performance and ROI Comfortable working with AI, automation, data and multiple marketing platforms Someone who brings new ideas and takes ownership , rather than simply maintaining existing processes What’s Offered Copenhagen, Denmark Relocation assistance available Salary depending on experience, with up to approximately €80,000-120,000 for an exceptional profile Opportunity to take full ownership of the marketing function and make a significant impact A hands-on role within a growing international affiliate marketing company Department Marketing Locations Copenhagen About Recruiter4you We act as a true HR Business Partner - providing tailored HR advisory while connecting the right talent with the right opportunities.
