We're a fast-growing, venture-backed healthcare startup building the operating system for a highly fragmented, highly regulated corner of care delivery. Our platform replaces the spreadsheets, outdated software, and manual workarounds that providers currently rely on — handling the operational complexity of running a practice so clinicians can focus on patient care.

We're a small, scrappy team that moves fast, recently closed our Series A, and are growing quickly month over month.

About the Role

We're hiring a Founding Head of Product to own product across our consumer-facing, provider-facing, and internal operations surfaces. This is a hands-on, builder-first role — you'll be prototyping and shipping alongside engineers, not just managing a roadmap from a distance.

What you'll do:

• Drive zero-to-one product development across consumer, provider (B2B), and internal ops surfaces
• Own the product roadmap and sprint planning, coordinating engineering and a strategy & operations team
• Prototype and iterate using AI-native tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) to move from idea to working demo yourself
• Coach and mentor team members who translate business needs into scoped product work
• Bring a strong design eye to existing product flows, ensuring the product meets consumer-grade UX standards
• Set the tempo and culture for the product org — how decisions get made and how work moves through the system
• Grow the product team over time, with full license to hire PMs and designers

What we're looking for:

• 3-8 years of product management experience, ideally at a marketplace or multi-stakeholder business
• Experience in healthcare or another highly regulated industry preferred
• Proven ability to ship zero-to-one features end-to-end as an individual contributor, not just manage others doing it
• Comfortable prototyping with AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Thrives in ambiguity and moves with speed
• Bonus: B2C healthcare experience, or experience scaling a product from ~$5M to $15M+ ARR

Not a fit if you're a pure manager without hands-on IC product experience, or your background is exclusively at large/late-stage companies (FAANG, post-Series D).

Compensation & Logistics

$200K-$250K plus competitive early-stage equity. On-site 5 days/week at our NYC office. Open to visa transfers (e.g., OPT, H1B transfer) — not sponsoring new visas.
