Head of Product - Global B2B Technology - SaaS, Marketplace & AI - Next growth phase - Strategy, Roadmap, Team, New Products 0->1 and scale - Good salary - Hybrid, Amsterdam

We’re looking for a Head of Product to join an established, global B2B technology company entering its next phase of growth and ready to mature the product organization.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role combines product leadership with commercial ownership. You’ll shape the product org; team, product strategy, identify and launch new products, and own how these products are brought to market, adopted and turned into revenue. There has been deep and structural investments in tech and now the company is ready to mature the product org. This means you'll be the first dedicated hire in the new product org so you'll start as IC and grow the org from there.

What you’ll own

• Product strategy across core and new products
• Discovery and validation of new opportunities
• AI product strategy and roadmap
• Product-market fit and go-to-market
• Product adoption and commercial impact
• Building and developing the product organization
• Close collaboration with Engineering and Commercial leadership

What we’re looking for

• 8+ years in Product, including 2+ years in leadership
• Experience in B2B products
• Strong understanding of data-driven products and marketplace dynamics
• Experience shipping AI-powered products/features
• Track record of driving measurable commercial outcomes
• Experience building and scaling product teams
• Strong product, data and experimentation mindset

We're also open to speak to SPM's, Staff/Principal PMs or Group PMs that are used to working with true ownership of companies core products and people leadership experience.

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, with regular in-person collaboration.
