THE ROLE AND THE TEAM As Tradebyte enters its next phase with a multi-capability platform, we are positioning the platform itself as our primary growth engine, demanding a shift in Marketing from a reactive execution agency to a product-led steering partner. In this founding role, the Head of Product Marketing will develop the discipline, bridging product innovation and commercial growth within our sales-assisted model. Reporting into Marketing with a permanent seat in Product and Tech planning, you will lead the GTM architecture, narrative positioning, and cross-functional change management necessary to translate platform capabilities and fashion specialization into clear market leadership. WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING) This is a very entrepreneurial and hands on role Make the Platform Our Growth Engine: define the Product Marketing strategy and position the platform itself, not any single feature, as Tradebyte's primary driver of customer growth, across new customer acquisition and existing customer expansion alike. Lead that shift not just for your own function, but across the wider Marketing team. Lead the Go-To-Market Strategies: architect, lead, and execute Go-To-Market strategy end to end across Tradebyte's platform portfolio, orchestrating Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing around one plan, one timeline, one story. Shape Positioning & Narrative: turn a complex, multi-capability platform into a story customers, Sales, and Customer Success can tell with total confidence. Turn Market Signal into Product Direction: be the standing bridge that connects market intelligence, competitive reality, and customer signal directly into Product's roadmap, so decisions get made with the market in the room, not after Build and Lead the Team That Delivers: build the Product Marketing function and team from zero, design how launches actually get sized, resourced, and shipped, and turn that operating model into a playbook the whole team runs on. WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF Product Marketing Craft: proven track record in product marketing within a multi-product, B2B SaaS or B2B platform business. Demonstrated ownership of positioning and end-to-end GTM strategies, not just executing campaigns inside someone else's plan. 0-to-1 Function Builder: Hands-on experience building a Product Marketing function from scratch, or the natural operator instinct to establish frameworks, playbooks, and processes independently. Inspiring & Effective Communicator: Exceptional storytelling and messaging capabilities, able to align cross-functional teams around a unified platform narrative. Change Leadership: Comfortable guiding teams and functions with positive motivation and inspiration through structural evolution, translating strategic mandates into new ways of working across a broader organization. Rapid Portfolio & Domain Mastery: Ability to quickly master complex platform architectures and fashion tech dynamics, operating with immediate commercial authority.
