About the Job
The Head of U.S. Operations will be responsible for leading Bambu Lab’s U.S. operations, overseeing day-to-day business activities, cross-functional local teams, and regulatory compliance across the U.S. market. This role will work closely with global and U.S.-based stakeholders and will play a key role in scaling local operations while maintaining strong standards for data privacy, governance, customer experience, and commercial growth.

As the U.S. business continues to scale, Bambu Lab is strengthening its local organization across operations, data governance, e-commerce, sales, and customer support. The Head of U.S. Operations will serve as a senior local leader responsible for building scalable operating processes, strengthening regulatory compliance, and supporting continued business growth in the U.S. market.
Description
The Head of U.S. Operations will be responsible for:
▪ Lead the day-to-day operations of the U.S. subsidiary and oversee cross-functional local teams spanning data governance, analytics, operations, administration, sales, and customer support.
▪ Own and oversee U.S. data privacy, compliance governance, and data protection standards, ensuring local business activities comply with applicable federal and state regulations, including CCPA/CPRA requirements.
▪ Develop and implement internal policies, governance frameworks, and operational workflows covering secure user data access, usage, protection, and lifecycle management.
▪ Lead regular risk assessments, compliance audits, and remediation initiatives to identify and address operational, privacy, and regulatory risks.
▪ Manage and develop the U.S. organization through talent acquisition, headcount planning, performance management, professional development, and cross-functional resource allocation.
▪ Oversee and scale local e-commerce operations, ensuring effective operational coordination, compliant data access, and strong execution support for U.S. market initiatives.
▪ Drive channel sales expansion and strategic account development by cultivating key customer relationships and coordinating internal and external resources to accelerate business growth and deal execution.
▪ Lead and optimize pre-sales, mid-sales, and post-sales customer support operations to improve service efficiency, customer satisfaction, and retention.
Profile
A successful Head of U.S. Operations should have:
▪ Typically 7+ years of executive or senior leadership experience managing U.S. business operations, cross-functional teams, and technology-driven subsidiaries.
▪ Demonstrated experience leading and scaling U.S. business operations across multiple functions, including operations, commercial teams, customer support, or related areas.
▪ Proven expertise in U.S. data privacy frameworks, regulatory compliance, and risk management, including CCPA/CPRA.
▪ Demonstrated success in scaling e-commerce operations, channel sales, and customer success organizations within the U.S. market.
▪ Strong strategic planning, operational leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities.
▪ Excellent cross-functional and cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across local and global teams.
▪ Ability to operate effectively in a fast-growing technology environment while balancing commercial growth, operational execution, and regulatory compliance.
▪ Legal authorization to work in the United States or eligibility for employer-sponsored work authorization. Bambu Lab is willing to support qualified candidates requiring H-1B sponsorship or H-1B transfer.
Preferred Qualifications
▪ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Security, Data Privacy, or a related field; equivalent professional leadership experience in U.S. operations management will also be considered.
▪ Experience within a technology, hardware, consumer electronics, e-commerce, or product-driven organization.
▪ Experience working within an international or cross-border organization with global and U.S.-based teams.
▪ Familiarity with GDPR and other international privacy or data governance frameworks.
▪ Experience operating within a rapidly scaling or high-growth business environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $250,000-400,000
Additional compensation may include:
