We’re working with a profitable, founder-led global information services business that’s growing fast. It connects the world’s top investment funds and consultancies with the insight they need. They’re hiring a Head of UX to lead from the front.

The role

• Lead a team of 8 across research, design systems, product design and brand
• Spend most of your time (60 to 80%) doing the craft yourself
• Set UX strategy alongside the CPO and product leadership
• Redesign core workflows for internal teams, clients and partners. Think a 30 minute task taken down to 5
• Design the human-in-the-loop moments where AI hands over to people
• Keep the brand coherent across product, marketing and comms

• Designers push merge requests, and the design system has AI skills built around it
• Design, product and front end are converging here, and you get to shape what that looks like next

What you’ll bring

• Lead or head of UX experience, and you’re still hands-on
• B2B, workflow or internal tooling experience (not just consumer apps)
• Real UX depth: research, HCI, solving complex problems
• You build and prototype with AI tools
• You enjoy coaching designers and helping them grow their influence
• No ego, business value first

Nice to have

• Marketplace or data-heavy platform experience
• Brand design experience
• Greek speaker or connection to Greece
