NurseFlex is looking for caring, reliable and motivated individuals to work as Healthcare Assistants across London.
No previous healthcare experience is required. Whether you’re starting your career in healthcare or looking for flexible work alongside your existing commitments, NurseFlex gives you access to opportunities while providing the training and tools you need to get started.
All successful candidates must complete the required NurseFlex online training before undertaking shifts.
As a Healthcare Assistant, your responsibilities include:
- Supporting patients with personal care and daily activities
- Providing compassionate, respectful and person-centred care
- Maintaining a clean, safe and comfortable environment
- Working as part of a wider healthcare team
- Following care plans, policies and safeguarding procedures
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
