About the Opportunity
We are hiring on behalf of our client, an established road freight and logistics operator based in Germany (client name confidential at this stage), for Heavy Goods Vehicle Drivers based in Germany. Compensation: Competitive, in line with German industry tariff standards
About the Role
You will drive heavy goods vehicles on domestic German and European routes, moving freight safely, on schedule and in full compliance with EU driving and rest-time regulations. This is a hands-on operational role suited to experienced drivers who take pride in a clean record, a well-kept vehicle and dependable delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate heavy goods vehicles (Category CE) on assigned domestic and cross-border routes
• Load, secure and unload freight in line with load-securing and safety standards

• Maintain accurate delivery documentation, CMR paperwork and trip records
• Communicate route status, delays and incidents to dispatch in good time
• Represent the client professionally at customer and partner sites
• Keep the vehicle clean, roadworthy and within required maintenance schedules
What We Are Looking For
• A valid Category CE driving licence (truck with trailer / articulated vehicles)
• Demonstrable experience driving heavy vehicles in a commercial setting
• Driver CPC Code 95 already held, or willingness to complete the training
• A valid driver card for the digital tachograph, or willingness to obtain one
• The right to live and work in Germany, including as an EU/EEA national
• A clean driving record and a safety-first approach on the road
• Reliability, punctuality and the ability to work independently on the road
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience on long-distance or cross-border European routes
• ADR certification for the carriage of dangerous goods
• Familiarity with digital tachograph systems and load-securing standards
What Is on Offer
• Permanent, full-time employment with an established German operator
• Competitive pay in line with German industry tariff standards
• Relocation support for drivers moving to Germany from elsewhere in the EU
How to Apply
Apply through LinkedIn with your updated CV and a copy of your driving licence and Code 95 certificate (where already held). Applications without these details may not be processed. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted by The Corelation for an initial conversation.
