You will protect Hebrew-speaking users across a global tech ecosystem covering social media, creative applications, online ads, and enterprise tools. Relocation support is provided for international candidates. Primary Duties Maintain Content Quality: Review Hebrew user-generated media, text, and posts to enforce community guidelines and safety standards. Investigate & Resolve Issues: Identify safety risks, log violations, and escalate complex cases to specialized internal units. Support Online Safety: Execute quick, impartial content assessments to protect platform integrity. Uphold Policy Standards: Apply policy frameworks to mitigate digital risks and ensure a secure user environment. Ongoing Skill Development: Participate in ongoing training to keep up with updated guidelines, cultural nuances, and moderation tools. Basic Requirements Hebrew Skills: Native or full professional fluency (written and spoken) in Hebrew. English Skills: B2 level or higher for team collaboration, systems training, and documentation. Work Right: Valid EU/EEA citizenship or an active Portuguese work/residence permit. Experience: Backgrounds in customer operations, data entry, or trust and safety are welcome, but not mandatory (paid training provided). Tech Comfort: Strong familiarity with web tools, digital apps, and social platforms. Key Traits: High attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and adaptable problem-solving skills.
