Home Health LVN Skilled Visits

BrightStar Care of Edinburg is looking for compassionate and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide skilled home health nursing care to patients in the Rio Grande Valley.

📍 Service Areas:

• Brownsville, Los Fresnos, San Benito, Harlingen, La Feria
• Mercedes, Edcouch - Elsa, Weslaco, Donna,
• PSJA, Edinburg, McAllen, Mission

We’re Looking For:
Skilled LVNs who are confident providing one-on-one nursing care in the home setting.

Clinical experience with:

• Wound care & wound VAC
• IV antibiotic administration
• Foley catheter care
• Venipuncture & lab draws
• Ostomy care
• Medication administration
• Adult & pediatric patients

• Requirements
  Active Texas LVN license in good standing
• Current CPR certification
• Current TB test
• Skilled nursing experience preferred
• Reliable and compassionate
• Strong documentation and communication skills
