- Critical Access Hospital practice seeks Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hospitalist physicians for full-time employment
- Annual salary range: 300-350k
- Inpatient care provided across a 20-bed medical-surgical unit and a 4-bed open ICU using a 3-physician rotation model
- Flexible scheduling options supporting day shifts, night shifts, or a balanced mix with 1800 contract hours annually
- Hospital Medicine team utilizes a 3-physician rotation model and offers scheduling flexibility with both day and night coverage options:
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
- 1800 contract hours annually
- Flexible scheduling with opportunities for mostly days, mostly nights, or dedicated night coverage
- Dedicated Nurse Practitioner support from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, assisting with admissions and patient rounding
- Candidates must be comfortable practicing independently and managing ventilated patients (Minimum of one year hospitalist experience required).
- Procedural skills are not required.
- Independent practice environment requiring comfort managing ventilated patients, with dedicated nurse practitioner support during daytime hours
