Role: Hospitalist (NP/PA) providing internal medicine or family medicine care in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a physician-led team, supporting patients during vulnerable moments. No procedures required, with coverage of some night shifts. Utilize Meditech EMR and participate in a 7 on/7 off schedule with day shifts and occasional night coverage. Provide care in a closed ICU setting and collaborate with 24/7 physician support.
Qualifications & Skills: Recent graduate or experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Strong commitment to compassionate, concierge-level patient care. Ability to work in a team, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and support the mission of putting patients first.
