Position Overview

Seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN to join a well-established OB Hospitalist team at a Level III Perinatal Center with NICU, located just west of Indianapolis. This is a 100% inpatient, shift-based role with no outpatient duties, ideal for physicians who enjoy high-acuity obstetrics with strong backup and predictable schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Manage high-risk obstetric cases in a dedicated OB Emergency Department
Provide inpatient obstetric care, including supporting VBACs and primary C-sections
Collaborate with in-house OB anesthesia, CRNA, Neonatology, and MFM teams
Participate in a teaching environment with Family Medicine residents
Utilize available advanced robotic surgical technology

Qualifications & Skills

Board-certified OB/GYN
Experience in high-acuity obstetrics preferred
Strong teamwork and mentorship skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced inpatient setting

Key Duties

Shift-based inpatient obstetric care, including emergency responses
Participation in teaching and collaborative clinical support
Providing comprehensive obstetric services in a Level III center
