Hospitalist Physician

Seeking physicians for primary care and hospitalist roles in a strong health system with a

large private multi-specialty group. Primary Care: Outpatient clinics across multiple locations, offering a

Monday-Friday schedule with a 4-day work week option, seeing 20-25 patients daily.

Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary of $200,000 (year one guarantee of $253,444),

sign-on and bonus incentives, and production-based bonuses.

Hospitalist: Long-term acute care at a client hospital with a $248,000 base salary,

up to $20,000 quality bonus, and a schedule of Monday-Friday plus weekend coverage with

mid-levels. Physicians see 12-15 patients daily.

All physicians must be Board Certified/Eligible, with incentives based on productivity (wRVUs),

signing bonuses, relocation allowances, and comprehensive benefits including insurance,

disability, 401k match, CME allowance, licensing support, and malpractice coverage.

Physicians have discretion to take time off, impacting productivity metrics, fostering motivation.
