- Manage reservations, walk-ins, the waitlist, and the seating plan
- Welcome guests and keep the room moving without ever making it feel rushed
- Build guest profiles and recognize returning guests by name
- Keep the reception area immaculate and the guest list accurate
- No prior experience required; warmth, presence and natural charm matter most
- Familiarity with a reservations system is a plus
- Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic or another language a genuine advantage
