Job Description

Take overall responsibility for hotel operations, business performance and profitability.
Lead and coordinate all key hotel functions, including Rooms, F&B, Sales & Marketing, Finance, HR, Engineering and Guest Services.
Develop and execute the hotel’s business strategy, annual budget and operating plan.
Drive revenue, GOP/profitability, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and cost efficiency.
Lead Sales & Marketing strategy, including corporate accounts, distribution channels, pricing and market positioning.
Maintain and improve guest experience, service quality and brand standards.
Manage and develop the HOD team, build a strong management pipeline and promote accountability.
Oversee asset management, CAPEX, maintenance, renovation and procurement.
Ensure compliance with hotel standards, local regulations, HSE, fire safety, food safety and security requirements.
Act as the key management interface with the Owner, partners, major clients and other stakeholders.
Lead operational improvement and crisis/emergency management when required.

Requirements

Must-have

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years in senior hotel/resort management, ideally as Hotel GM / Resident Manager / Hotel Manager / Deputy GM with broad operational responsibility.
Strong exposure to 4–5 star hotels/resorts.
Proven responsibility for P&L, budgeting, revenue and profitability.
Strong understanding of Rooms + F&B + Sales & Marketing + Finance + HR rather than a purely functional background.
Demonstrated track record in revenue/profit improvement and operational efficiency.
Strong HOD leadership and people-management capability.
Excellent English; comfortable working with international stakeholders.
Experience working with hotel owners/investors/management companies.
Able to work in a 24/7 hospitality environment and adapt to Vietnam/project conditions.

Preferred

International hotel group / multinational hospitality background.
Previous experience working in Vietnam or Southeast Asia.
Experience in opening, repositioning, turnaround or renovation projects.
Strong commercial/revenue-management orientation.
Experience managing hotels with complex ownership/management structures.
Multicultural team-management experience.
