Position : Housekeeping Attendant Location: Czech Republic Employment: Full-Time Salary: CZK 27,500 = Euro 1140 gross/month Accommodation: Provided Visa Sponsorship & Onboarding Air Ticket: Provided We are looking for an experienced Housekeeper / Public Area Attendant to join a professional hotel team in the Czech Republic. The ideal candidate must have previous 4-star or 5-star hotel housekeeping experience, with strong knowledge of guest room cleaning, public area cleaning, hygiene standards and hotel housekeeping operations. Key Responsibilities Perform complete guest room cleaning, including stayover, departure and deep cleaning according to hotel standards. Prepare guest rooms for arrivals, change bed linen and towels and replenish guest amenities and toiletries. Clean and maintain hotel public areas, including reception, restaurant, entrances, elevators, corridors, staircases, public restrooms and terraces. Maintain cleanliness of the hotel's wellness and relaxation areas. Prepare housekeeping trolleys and manage linen, amenities and cleaning supplies. Update room status and communicate room readiness with Reception using the hotel's housekeeping system. Handle guest requests professionally and report maintenance issues, damages and lost & found items. Follow hotel hygiene, HACCP, health & safety and cleaning standards. When required and operationally possible, support the kitchen team with basic Kitchen Porter / Kitchen Assistant duties. Candidate Requirements Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel – MANDATORY. Previous professional hotel/hospitality experience is essential. Good knowledge of guest room cleaning, public area cleaning, linen handling and hotel hygiene standards. Excellent command of English, spoken and written. Experience using hotel systems, PMS or housekeeping systems is an advantage. Hard-working, reliable, proactive and able to work independently. Strong attention to detail with high standards of cleanliness. Professional appearance and good customer service skills. Flexible, efficient and comfortable working in a dynamic hotel environment. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
