Who We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field. Up to two years of related HR experience, including internships, co-op programs, or campus HR experience. Interest in HR systems, payroll, data management, reporting, and process improvement. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with employees and managers at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Copilot. Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset. Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information. Service-oriented approach with a proactive and collaborative work style. What You'll Be Doing: Recruitment, Selection & Onboarding Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation. Partner with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners to deliver a positive candidate experience. Coordinate background checks, onboarding activities, orientation sessions, and new hire communications. Employee Relations & Engagement Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, systems, and programs. Support employee engagement initiatives and site-wide programs that foster an inclusive workplace culture. Administer and track regional programs, including Tuition Reimbursement and Mentorship programs. Immigration & Visa Support Partner with external legal counsel and internal stakeholders to coordinate immigration and visa processes. Employee Lifecycle & HR Data Governance Maintain employee records across HRIS, payroll, and related systems. Support employee lifecycle transactions while ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Conduct regular audits and data validation activities. Assist with implementation activities related to Croda's Global HRIS system. Troubleshoot HR data issues and provide system support. Reporting & Analytics Prepare standard and ad hoc HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and organizational reporting. Analyze HR data and trends to support decision-making and reporting needs. Develop clear summaries and insights for HR leadership and business stakeholders. General HR Support Assist with HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain HR communication platforms, resources, and documentation. Provide administrative and operational HR support as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned. Additional Information: This is a site based, 15-month contract role based in Princeton, NJ. Contract, hourly range: $26.44 to $31.25 per hour. This range reflects the base salary the company resonably expects to pay for this position.
