Employee Relations: Lead development, performance, transfer and disciplinary discussions, fostering a constructive and people-focused work environment. Change Management: Support organizational transformations and drive the implementation of HR initiatives and personnel measures. HR Expertise & Governance: Manage job evaluations, provide guidance on HR policies and employment matters, and represent HR-related measures before works councils and employee representatives. What we’re looking for: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Relevant hands-on experience in HR management and employee relations B2/C1 English Level – mandatory.
