Our client, a prestigious and growing hospitality destination in the West of Ireland, is seeking an accomplished HR Manager to lead and develop its people strategy while fostering an engaging, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture

Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive both strategic and operational HR initiatives across the full employee lifecycle, partnering closely with management teams to support business growth and employee development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day HR function across the business.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary, and grievance matters.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with business objectives.
• Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and learning & development programmes.
• Support succession planning and talent development.
• Ensure full compliance with Irish employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Maintain HR systems, reporting, and people analytics.

The Ideal Candidate

• Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• 3-5+ years' HR experience, ideally within hospitality or a customer-focused environment.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage employee relations matters with professionalism and confidence.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and discretion.
