Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, chat, or email.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to
software, hardware, and cloud technologies
.
Support users with products such as
Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server
, and
Microsoft Windows
.
Deliver professional and empathetic customer service.
Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to handle complex situations effectively.
Requirements
Native or fluent English or Portuguese
(B2 level or higher).
Education or experience in
IT technologies
, particularly in
cloud solutions
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Customer-focused attitude with great attention to detail.
What We Offer
Full-time, permanent contract (39 hours per week)

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00.
