HR Manager – Regulated Forex Broker
Dubai, UAE | Relocation Available
Overview
We are working with a regulated Forex and CFD brokerage that is seeking to onboard an HR Manager for its Dubai office. You will own the full HR function, from recruitment and onboarding through to employee relations, compliance and culture, supporting a fast-growing, multicultural team. Relocation to Dubai is supported for the right candidate (visa and flights).
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end HR function for the Dubai office and support group entities as needed
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for sales, dealing, compliance, finance and support teams, working with internal managers and external agencies
- Oversee onboarding, offboarding, contracts, visas and Emirates ID processes in line with UAE Labour Law
- Run payroll inputs, WPS compliance, benefits administration and medical insurance
- Build and maintain HR policies, the employee handbook and internal procedures
- Support regulatory requirements: fit-and-proper checks, background screening, staff training records and HR documentation for audits
- Manage performance reviews, KPI frameworks and commission/bonus structures in partnership with management
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary and grievance processes
- Drive engagement, retention and culture initiatives across a multinational workforce
- Report HR metrics (headcount, turnover, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to senior management
Requirements / Must-haves
- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in an HR Manager or HR generalist lead role
- Must have Forex (FX/CFD) industry experience (mandatory), ideally within a regulated brokerage
- Solid knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa processes and WPS, or the ability to get up to speed quickly if relocating
- Hands-on experience with high-volume recruitment for sales-driven teams
- Familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems and payroll processes
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Fluent English (additional languages such as Arabic, Russian or other European languages are an advantage)
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or a related field; CIPD/SHRM certification is an advantage
