The Opportunity

A leading global technology and manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Snr HR and Organizational Development Manager to drive organisational effectiveness and support its next phase of growth and transformation.

Manufacturing or home appliance industry experience preferred

This is a strategic leadership role with high visibility, partnering closely with senior executives to shape organisational design, talent strategy, and large-scale transformation initiatives.

What You'll Do

✔ Develop and execute the company's Organizational Development strategy aligned to business goals

✔ Lead organisational design and transformation programmes across the business

✔ Drive M&A and post-investment integration, including cultural integration and workforce planning

✔ Build leadership development, succession planning, and high-potential talent programmes

✔ Partner with business leaders to diagnose and solve complex organisational challenges

✔ Lead enterprise-wide change management initiatives and governance frameworks

✔ Develop OD methodologies, frameworks, and best practices across multiple business units

✔ Provide data-driven insights to senior leadership on organisational health and workforce effectiveness

What We're Looking For

✔ 8+ years of Human Resources and Organizational Development experience

✔ Proven experience leading OD initiatives within large, complex organisations

✔ Strong expertise in organisational design, change management, and talent management

✔ Experience in post-merger or post-investment integration is highly desirable

✔ Manufacturing or home appliance industry experience preferred

✔ Fluent Japanese (business working language) and business-level English

✔ Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Behaviour, or a related field
