HR Recruitment Officer

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The recruitment specialist is to facilitate the hiring process, ensuring that the organization attracts and secures the right talent to meet its business objectives. The role will involve managing the full recruitment cycle and providing ongoing recruitment administration support.

QUALIFICATION/ CERTIFICATION / LICENSES

• Bachelors Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  
  

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar role within the hospitality industry / preferably resorts or hotels.
  
  

KEY SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE

• Previous experience in recruitment (essential)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible and adaptable approach
• Weekly and monthly recruitment reports
  
  

DUTIES

• Posting and managing job advertisements
• Screening CVs and conducting initial interviews
• Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
• Liaising with stakeholders to identify recruitment needs
• Updating recruitment trackers and reports
• Handling ad-hoc recruitment and HR administration tasks
• Supporting recruitment strategies and talent sourcing initiatives
• Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Managing the recruitment process from screening through to candidate readiness and joining
• Manage trial shift
  
  

SALARY

AED 6,000 - AED 8,000 depending in experience DOE
