All the professionals here truly are an inspiration for me." – Dorota Krupińska, HR Senior Specialist What you’ll do Support local UPM units in various administrative tasks related to the employment life-cycle and benefits Co-operate with HR business partners at UPM’s mills and office sites and external stakeholders e.g. payroll or benefits’ providers Provide advice to employees or managers related to HR processes, policies, and questions using ServiceNow, phone and chat Maintain personal, employment, compensation and benefit related data updated in HR system (Workday) Prepare HR documents and reports Participate in additional HR projects and initiatives based on current need, your interests and skills Who you are You have a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) or equivalent in a relevant field of study You ideally have previous HR experience or interest in developing in this area You are comfortable working with various software and systems You are committed to delivering high-quality service and ensuring stakeholders’ satisfaction You have solid communication skills and a positive attitude You demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail Excel skills are an advantage You communicate fluently in German and English (both mandatory) This is what we offer for you Meaningful job: We are proud of what we do.
