Unilumin Germany GmbH, established in 2018 and located in Nürtingen (near Stuttgart), serves as our Central Europe Showroom & Support Center. Equipped with a state-of-the-art showroom, an on-site Service & Repair Center (est. 2021), and a dedicated team covering Sales, Service, and Project delivery, we are a key hub for Unilumin's European expansion.

As the Group accelerates its "LED + AI" transformation strategy, our German operations are scaling rapidly — and we need a hands-on HRBP to build the people foundation that matches our ambition.

═══ About the Role ═══

We are seeking an experienced HRBP to join Unilumin Germany GmbH. You will be the first dedicated HR hire for our German entity, owning end-to-end people operations — from localization hiring and compliance to employee engagement and organizational development. This is not a remote coordination role: you will work on-site in Nürtingen, partnering directly with our German teams while serving as the critical bridge to Shenzhen HQ.

═══ Key Responsibilities ═══

1. Strategic HR Partnership: Serve as the trusted HR business partner to the German leadership team and regional business units (Sales, Service, Project, Operations), aligning people strategy with business objectives across Central Europe.

2. Localization Recruitment: Drive full-cycle recruitment for roles ranging from sales and technical support to mid-level management. Build local talent pipelines, manage employer branding, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

3. Compensation & Benefits: Design, implement, and optimize competitive compensation structures, salary bands, and allowance policies aligned with the German market and internal equity.

4. Labor Law & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with German labor regulations (including KSchG, BetrVG, TzBfG, AGG, ArbZG, MiLoG, BUrlG, MuSchG) and GDPR. Manage employment contracts, social security registration, and work permit processes.

5. Employee Relations & Engagement: Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and cultural sensitivity. Design and drive engagement initiatives that foster a high-performance, inclusive workplace.

6. Talent & Organization Development: Support regional OD initiatives, including team building, performance management, and talent pipeline construction. Partner with HQ to implement group-level HR programs locally.

7. HQ Bridge: Act as the key liaison between German operations and Shenzhen HQ. Translate global HR policies into locally executable plans, and communicate regional needs back to the Group.

8. Vendor & Partner Management: Collaborate with local payroll providers, legal consultants, and insurance partners to ensure stable, efficient HR operations.

═══ Requirements ═══

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

2. 5+ years of solid HRBP or regional HR management experience, with demonstrable on-the-ground exposure to the German or broader DACH market.

3. Working knowledge of German labor law — you don't need to be a lawyer, but you must know how to navigate BetrVG, KSchG, GDPR, social security, and works council dynamics confidently.

4. Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, talent mapping, compensation design, and employee relations in a cross-border environment.

5. Fluent in both English and Chinese — you will collaborate daily with Shenzhen HQ and must operate comfortably in both languages.

6. German language proficiency (B2 or above) is strongly preferred and will be prioritized — local team communication and labor authority interactions require it.

7. Strong cross-cultural communication and problem-solving skills. You understand both Chinese and German business cultures and can navigate the friction points between them.

8. Candidates with existing work authorization in Germany or prior overseas on-site working/resident experience will be highly prioritized.
