Human Resources Leadership Program Description: The Human Resources Leadership Program (HRLP) is a three-year rotational development program designed to build future manufacturing HR leaders through deeper experiences and expanded business impact. Participants complete two 18-month rotations that build HR expertise, business acumen, and leadership capability through progressive developmental experiences. Manufacturing Plant Rotations : Rotation 1 - Foundational HR Capability Development (18 months ): Develop core HR and manufacturing capabilities through hands-on experience in employee and labor relations, talent acquisition, benefits administration, payroll, compliance, and manufacturing operations. Rotation 2 - Strategic HR Business Partnership (18 months): Build on foundational knowledge while developing strategic HR business partner capabilities through experiences in workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, performance management, talent development, and business strategy. Program Support & Career Path Throughout the program, participants will: Partner with senior HR leaders who support their development and growth Receive mentorship and coaching from experienced HR professionals Create personalized development plans aligned to rotational objectives Participate in formal learning, networking, and leadership development experiences Build a strong professional network across Owens Corning Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be prepared for manufacturing HR leadership roles across Owens Corning's network of plants and businesses throughout the United States. Selection Criteria: Bachelor's or Master's degree required. Business-related majors are preferred, including Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. Passion for Human Resources and a strong interest in manufacturing environments Previous HR internship experience and/or transferable HR related skills Strong leadership potential and the ability to influence others Conflict resolution and relationship building skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrives in a fast-paced environment Growth mindset and continuous learning orientation Strong verbal and written communication skills Strategic thinking and data driven decision making capability Adaptability, resilience, and change agility Candidates with transferable experience from another function or industry who are interested in transitioning into a career in HR are encouraged to apply.
