Designation: HVAC Foreman

Education: Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, or equivalent technical certification.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven hands-on experience in HVAC ducting, equipment installation, and site supervision within the UAE construction or MEP sector.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

Supervise the complete on-site installation, alignment, and alignment testing of HVAC systems, including air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), exhaust fans, and extensive ductwork networks in accordance with approved drawings.
Lead, direct, and manage the daily activities of ductmen, pipefitters, and insulation crews to ensure high productivity and quality workmanship on site.
Monitor on-site material consumption, inspect completed HVAC works for quality compliance, and submit daily progress reports to the Project Manager or MEP Engineer.

Skills/ specification:

In-depth knowledge of SMACNA standards, ASHRAE guidelines, and local UAE municipal/civil defense regulations for ventilation and air conditioning.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team communication skills to effectively manage on-site technical crews.
Valid UAE driving license is a strong advantage.

Salary: AED 3k to 6k (depend on experience)
